She chose 350cc Smooth Round Moderate Plus Silicone implants. The "Moderate Plus" profile provides a balance of a natural, sloping contour with just the right amount of forward projection.

Immediately after surgery, it is completely normal for implants to feel tight and sit high on the chest wall. As you can see in these progress photos, it takes several months for the muscles to relax and for the implants to fully "drop and fluff" into their final, natural-looking position by month 8.
