Iammaureenwebb Two interesting facts: smell is a humans strongest sense and our subconscious is responsible for 95% of what we do in our everyday life.

By using our sense of smell we can begin to reprogram our subconscious. We can being to remove the limiting beliefs that are holding us back from creating the life of our dreams. I create my intention sprays with essential oils that have been known to activate different parts of our brains and bring forth memories and desires. Since the subconscious doesn't know what is real or imagined, by surrounding ourselves with a particular smell, the subconscious believes it to be true. It is ruled by feeling, not logic. For example, my Love intention spray contains essential oils that are known for their softness and ability to evoke feelings of romance and love. By using this spray on a daily basis, along with an affirmation of love the subconscious begins to believe these affirmations because the smells triggers that memory/feeling. Once we energetically set ourselves up for love, we open the door for it to come in. The part of our brain that repeats our limiting beliefs gets starved of energy and loses it control of our life. We are powerful creators and once we tap into that we become limitless.

9/15-9/20: This week’s Human Design transit is deeply emotional.

With the Sun in Gate 6 and the Earth in Gate 36, both sides of our Sun and Earth axis are moving through the Solar Plexus.

Gate 6 brings our attention to emotional boundaries, intimacy, and friction.

Gate 36 brings us into the emotional intensity that can come with uncertainty and unfamiliar experiences.

The invitation this week is simple: you don’t have to solve every emotion while you’re inside of it.

Notice when you need connection. Notice when you need space. And give yourself permission to let the emotional wave move before deciding what it means.
