Quick announcement regarding the new Skagit Paratransit scheduling system: Using the new app, when you select a pick up time you are actually selecting a 30 minute pick up window STARTING at that time.

For example, to be picked up by 4:00 when the program closed, the ride must be scheduled for 3:30 at the latest, as a 3:30 ride means they will be picked up at any time between 3:30 and 4:00.

We have had a 30 minute drop off / pick up window at the beginning and end of each session since day one, so once all the growing pains are worked out it should not signifcantly impact the time our members spend at the program.

Morning drop off: 8:30am - 9:00am (no drop offs before 8:30am)
Morning session activities: 9:00am - 12:00pm
Morning pick up / lunch break / afternoon drop off: 12:00pm - 12:30
Afternoon session activities: 12:30pm - 3:30pm
Afternoon pick up: 3:30 - 4:00 (no pick ups after 4:00pm)

Staff are working with Paratransit to get to know the new system better so that we can help members, families, and caregivers adjust to the changes, so please reach out if you have any questions!

Tonight’s dance is going to be AWESOME!

Live music by Luis Cano- a blend of mariachi music in both English and Spanish and the classic dance songs we all love, but with a mariachi flair!

AND we have new free clubhouse T-shirts to hand out, thanks to Skagit City Trucking School, LLC, who have generously supported us since the beginning!!

They find their friends.

Every drive and putt helps create a ripple effect of warmth and empowerment that strengthens families throughout our region. Your support ensures our neighbors have access to the social connections they deserve, while also giving hardworking parents and caregivers a well-deserved break, knowing their loved ones are busy making friends and happy memories in a caring environment (and dancing to some off-key karaoke).
