This year has changed me.

It has shaken me, stretched me, broken open parts of me… and helped me grow in ways I never expected.

Tonight, under the Aquarius Full Moon, a room full of people who never quite felt like they fit in found something even better—we found each other.

We released what no longer belongs, celebrated who we are, and remembered that healing happens in community. 🌕✨

So many of us have spent our lives becoming who we thought we needed to be.

The caretaker.
The people-pleaser.
The achiever.
The strong one.
The one who keeps it all together.

These roles may have protected us at one time, but sometimes they also keep us from fully knowing who we are.

The Masks We Wear: Coming Home to Your Authentic Self is an evening of gentle exploration, reflection, and healing.

Through journaling, movement, theater-inspired activities, meaningful conversation, and a deeply restorative sound meditation, we’ll begin to notice the masks we’ve worn—and gently explore what it feels like to set them down.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about remembering who you were before fear, expectations, and the opinions of others convinced you to be someone else.

No acting experience is needed. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to be curious.

This weekend, Groove at the Creek did not disappoint. 💚

We danced.
We laughed.
We moved our bodies.
We connected with nature.
Most importantly, we formed community.

In a world that can feel so disconnected, there’s something deeply healing about gathering together, moving freely, and simply being seen.
