Been slacking on posting, only because it’s been SO busy 🥰 4 days in a row of classes this week, starting to wrap up the school year 🥹 Obstacle courses, graduation poems with poses, extra dances and games, bracelet making, nature walks..these kids did it all. I’m so proud of them ✨

We shared a little yoga magic together this morning - breathing, jumping, dancing, butterfly hugs to reset our nervous systems, reading the Color Monster, chatting about feelings, and creating worry rocks with some extra paint 🎨 Thanks for coming, see you here next month ❤️
