Fools Rush In. Honestly, this was just a practice to see how it sounded but this cute little hambone snuck into the frame. I love this little boy. I sang this to my beautiful wife on our wedding day.

Today is my mother‘s birthday. She passed in 2019 and I just had to chuckle because she would sing all the time around the house and many times she didn’t get the words right but she didn’t care. I tried singing this from memorization. I don’t know if I got all the words right but I think I did, but I don’t care. what a beautiful commute I had today driving toEagar, rising in elevation above 8000 feet to where these beautiful aspens and fir trees are and the clouds were amazing. I just thought what a wonderful world we live in and I did a little à la Louis Armstrong at the end there. Sorry for the wind sound, but it couldn’t be helped being outdoors today.

We had a wonderful Friday lunch and learn for the first time yesterday. We enjoyed salmon, avocado, lettuce wraps, and some wonderful bean salad. If you eat right and treat yourself kindly that’s one way to improve mental health and help your sleep. We heard Wayne talk about simple guided meditations or self hypnosis before bed. Sydney shared various herbs that can help aid sleep and calm anxiety and I shared one of my favorite tips, which is to do a brain dump, writing with pen and paper for 20 minutes four days in a row to release all that is stuck in your brain so you can sleep and have better mental health
