A Difficult Decision for Today’s Golf Classic
We are incredibly disappointed to share that today’s 32nd Annual Wilson Health Foundation Golf Classic has been cancelled due to poor course conditions and standing water on several holes.
The large amount of rain we received yesterday, followed by additional rain overnight, was the final determining factor. We monitored the conditions closely and truly hoped we could make today happen, but the course simply wasn’t where it needed to be for everyone to safely enjoy the day.
This was not a decision we made lightly. We really, really wanted to see everyone today — to share the fellowship, fun, and excitement of the Golf Classic while coming together to support Wilson Health and the patients and communities we serve.
Although the event will not be rescheduled, your support and partnership still mean so much to us. We are incredibly grateful to every golfer, sponsor, volunteer, business, organization, and individual who supported this year’s event. You showed up for Wilson Health, even though we couldn’t all be together on the course today.
Over the coming days, we’ll continue highlighting and recognizing the incredible support we received. Be sure to like and follow the Wilson Health Foundation so you don’t miss it!
