Every parent deserves the chance to be with their baby and provide them with the essentials they need, especially during a NICU stay.

We're proud to share the 2025 Ryan Donald Basile Memorial Fund for NICU Families in Need Impact Report, highlighting how donor generosity helped Holy Cross Health NICU families overcome transportation, financial, and other barriers during some of life's most challenging moments. In 2025 alone, the fund provided more than $38,000 in direct support, helping families stay connected to their newborns while also providing essentials such as diapers, clothing, safe sleep spaces, and car seats.
