Last week, we kicked off our monthly Skyway Social series in our Downers Grove Space! Our first Skyway Social was held in collaboration with Mind Body Connections, bringing together practitioners for learning, connection, and hands-on experience.

We featured our very own Somatic Therapy Manager, Jenna Csont, who walked us through myofascial release techniques, and Stacey Hurst, owner of Mind Body Connections, who offered a brief history and live demonstration of dance/movement therapy.

We can't wait for our next Skyway Social in June, this time in collaboration with Calm Mind Counseling. Stay tuned for more details!
