Now offering a VIRTUAL open grief group for ages 10 & up!

Thursdays, 6-7PM October 22 - November 19.

This is a FREE OPEN grief group, which means you can join at any time and no commitment is required! It will run for five weeks, and the weekly topics are as listed below.

Together, we will explore psycho-education around grief and practical coping strategies for managing difficult emotions and finding meaningful ways to carry your loved one’s memory forward.

Anyone experiencing recent or past loss could benefit from this group, we welcome you to spend this time nearing the holidays with the support you need. Grief is a complex, non-linear journey, but you do not have to navigate your pain and loss alone!

Mindsight Behavioral Group is currently accepting new clients for counseling and case management services across Kentucky.
We offer in-person appointments in Somerset, Louisville, Lexington, and Richmond, plus telehealth services statewide.

We accept:
✅ All Kentucky Medicaid plans
✅ Kentucky Medicare Part B
✅ TRICARE - Tricare East and Tricare West Region
✅ Most major commercial insurance plans!

Coverage varies by plan, so our team is happy to verify benefits and answer any insurance questions before scheduling!

Medication management is also available in Somerset through Enlighten Mental Wellness.
