As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, remember that mental health matters every single day — not just in May. 💚

This month has been a reminder of how important it is to speak openly about mental health, support one another, and break the stigma surrounding asking for help. But the conversation shouldn’t stop here.

Many people silently struggle with anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, trauma, and emotional exhaustion every day. A little kindness, compassion, and understanding can make a bigger difference than we realize.

Healing is not always linear, and no one should have to go through difficult times alone. Continue checking in on your loved ones, supporting those who are struggling, and prioritizing your own mental well-being.

Mental health awareness doesn’t end when the month does. Let’s continue creating a world where people feel safe to speak up, seek help, and heal. 💚

This Memorial Day, take time to gather with the people who matter most. 🇺🇸❤️

Whether it’s around the dinner table, at a cookout, or simply spending quality time together, today is a reminder that connection matters. As we honor and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice, we’re also reminded to cherish the moments we have with family, friends, and our community.

No one should have to face life alone. Together, we heal, support, laugh, remember, and grow.

We are so thankful for the people that came out last night. As Senator Pat Stefano said in his speech, “Recovery is not just about treatment, it’s about purpose and community.”

Friends, you guys are the community. Every single one of you. Everyone that volunteers or donates or even just follows us and gets the word out, you are the community we need to foster a recovery centered environment. We can’t do this without you.

Thank you to everyone who came out this evening to support our Bonfire for Hope Community Awareness & Donation Event. Despite the weather, we had an incredible evening filled with connection, conversation, community support, and hope.

We are so grateful to our guest speakers, community leaders, providers, sponsors, volunteers, local businesses, and supporters who continue to believe in the mission of OR2R and the importance of strengthening recovery support in our community. ❤️

Events like this are possible because of people who choose to show up, support one another, and invest in making a difference locally.
