Want a massage?

I couldn’t fit the entire massage table in frame, but I think I made my point. 😆 Get the massage, keep the self-care appointment. ♥️

You’re actually not a bother at all, as long as you keep your eyes closed. Hehe 😉

🍁✨Autumn Sound Healing✨🍁

Hop into something cozy and join Valerie as she leads you through a grounding sound journey. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and a variety of other instruments, let these frequencies drape over you like a favorite blanket.

Come as you are- no experience needed to receive.

Exorcise is important!

10/07/2026

Hello everyone! I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself. My name is Valerie, but you can call me Val. 🤗

As some of you may know, LMTs aren’t necessarily known for being the most social butterflies in the room. 🤷🏻‍♀️ When you’re on the table, I follow your lead when it comes to conversation.

Sometimes that looks like a bit of small talk before drifting off to sleep—or maybe even another planet. Other times, our sessions are filled with a sense of stillness and peace. And sometimes, they’re filled with connection over common interests and a few giggles along the way.

However you want to show up for your session, I’ll follow your lead. There’s no pressure for every session to look the same. Each day, we may need a little something different—and that’s okay. 🫶

If you feel like talking, but aren’t sure where to start, here are a handful of my interests. What do we have in common?

Honorable mentions: I have become a little bookworm this year, and tbh I love my Nintendo switch. 🙈
