Tennis elbow. Golfer’s elbow. That wrist tightness after a long day at a keyboard. They’re not three different problems. They’re the same problem showing up in three different places.
Your forearm has two muscle groups that control rotation. Every time you type, grip, or lift, you’re loading them in one direction over and over without ever loading the other. That imbalance is what shows up as pain at the elbow or tightness through the wrist.
This exercise loads both directions under resistance. That’s the whole fix. And you don’t need a gym to do it. A dumbbell, a hammer from the garage, a full water bottle. Anything with a little weight works.
The key is slow. Momentum kills the effect. You want your forearm muscles controlling that rotation the entire way through, not swinging past it.
3 sets of 15. Daily. Most elbow and wrist pain that isn’t responding to stretching alone responds to this within two weeks.
Save this. Your elbow’s been waiting for it.
