A huge thanks for our team Mark Singerhoff (Applegate VP of Operations), Skylar Gallegos (Orthopedic MPAS, PA-C), Dr. David Farnsworth (Applegate Hospice Medical Director), and Sam Farnsworth (KSL Sports Anchor) for representing our company. This is our 5th year participating in this wonderful event. ❤️🤍💙

The Honor Flight’s mission is to transport America’s veterans to Washington, D.C., to visit the memorials and monuments dedicated to their service and sacrifice. They are currently working on sending veterans who have served from World War ll to the Vietnam War.

We at Applegate are honored to serve and support our veterans. Their sacrifice can never be repaid but we hope this shows our honor and appreciation for them. 🇺🇸
