I'm Reading a book right now that stresses this truth.

May we always be learning and improving, so self doubt can cease to surface!

My job, Massage Therapy is the one area of my life I no longer have to deal with self doubt. I've done it day after day for 16 years and it's just who I am and what I do now. But it's the only area I have that luxury.

I'm currently trying to beat stage fright- more specifically when singing. I'm looking forward to the day when self doubt no longer creeps in and holds me back from doing the thing I love to do- as well as I know I can do it!

In what areas of life are you learning and taking steps toward conquering self doubt?

I'm shocked at all that is happening in my body that I wasn't even aware of.

Regular Massage Therapy is a great way to check in with your body and address the issues that are lurking within before they become full blown problems.

These bodies we are walking around in are absolutely incredible! There will be no trading it in for a newer model. Take care of this body now.

It's really hard to come back from injuries and set backs... It's doable, but an ounce of prevention truly is worth a pound of cure.
