Most people come to yoga for the physical and mental benefits, but historically the goal of yoga has been to still the fluctuations of the mind. You don't need a mat to practice yoga, in fact, extensive studies have been done on both musicians and professional athletes through neuroimaging that show they enter this "flow state" when performing their craft. When you learn to quiet the "inner critic", you can make the transition from active thinking to instinctive creation. The impossible becomes possible. ❤️ GO LEE! 🪉
