🎰🍽️ Today's outing was full of excitement, colorful lights, ringing slot machines, and lots of friendly competition at the Coeur D'Alene Casino!

Residents enjoyed spending the day out together, starting with a delicious lunch at the RedTail, and then making their way to the penny slots to test their luck! There were plenty of laughs over “almost wins,” lucky machines, and deciding which slot might finally hit big. 💵✨

The casino floor kept everyone entertained, with residents cheering each other on and sharing stories throughout the afternoon.

By the end of the trip, everyone headed home with their winnings, smiles, memories, and a fun day spent together. 💛

🦋🌸 After weeks of watching, waiting, and caring for our little caterpillars, the big day finally arrived — butterfly release day!

Residents gathered outside to watch as the butterflies spread their wings and took flight into the sunshine. One by one, they fluttered out of the habitat, creating such a peaceful and beautiful moment for everyone to enjoy. 💛

Being able to witness each stage of their transformation made the release feel even more meaningful. From tiny caterpillars to beautiful butterflies, it was a wonderful reminder of growth, patience, and new beginnings.

A truly special experience that brought so many smiles to our community. 🌿🦋

🫖🌸 We celebrated the wonderful mothers in our community with a beautiful Mother’s Day tea party filled with sweet treats and special touches.

Residents gathered around a beautiful table to enjoy an assortment of teas alongside tiered platters of tea sandwiches, macarons, and fresh scones. The charming old-fashioned hats added even more fun to the afternoon, with everyone enjoying the chance to dress up and celebrate together. 👒💛

The room felt elegant, cheerful, and full of conversation as residents shared stories, laughter, and time with one another.

A lovely afternoon dedicated to honoring the amazing mothers who mean so much to our community. 🌷Happy Mother's Day, from Colonial Court!

🌮🎉 We had a festive and fun-filled Cinco de Mayo celebration with plenty to enjoy!

Residents got hands-on creating paper mâché piñatas, carefully shaping them and setting them aside to dry — we can’t wait to see them come to life once they’re painted! 🎨

The celebration continued with a delicious taco bar and refreshing margaritas, bringing everyone together to enjoy great flavors and even better company. 🍹🌶️

Between the crafts and shared meal, there was a steady buzz of excitement and lots of smiles throughout the day.

A fun-filled celebration with more creativity still to come! 💛

From tiny caterpillars to beautiful transformations 🐛🦋

Our residents have been enjoying every step of our butterfly growing project! We started with caterpillars, watched in amazement as they formed their cocoons, and carefully transferred them into their habitat where they’ll soon emerge as butterflies.

A special shoutout goes to one very brave resident who stepped up to open the container of cocoons! 😊 Their courage made it possible for everyone to be part of this incredible moment.

Now we wait patiently for the final stage of this journey. It’s been such a meaningful experience watching growth, change, and a little bit of bravery along the way. Stay tuned for butterflies! 🦋

Our Gardening Club was in full bloom today! 🌼🪴

Residents had a beautiful selection of plants and pots to work with. Everyone had such a great time getting their hands in the soil, transferring each plant with care, and adding their personal touch along the way.

Now you’ll find pops of color and life all around our community—each one planted with love. 💚

It’s amazing how a few plants can brighten a space… and even more amazing how much joy it brings to everyone involved!

There’s nothing like a good game of Jenga to bring out the laughs, the focus, and a little friendly competition! 🧱💛

Our residents had so much fun testing their steady hands and cheering each other on as the tower grew taller (and wobblier!). Moments like these remind us that joy is found in the simple things—and shared best together.

🌎🌿 We celebrated Earth Day in a few truly special ways — a day that means so much to all of us!

Residents enjoyed a wonderful outing to Gibson's Nursery , where we picked out beautiful rose bushes to plant in our courtyard, adding something lasting for everyone to enjoy. 🌹 Back at home, our gardening club is getting ready to care for a variety of new plants, filling the space with fresh greenery, purpose, and pride. 💚 🌷

We also began a new little journey — opening a caterpillar kit and eagerly waiting as they grow and transform into butterflies. 🐛🦋

It was a day centered around growth, renewal, and caring for the world around us — and for each other. A beautiful reminder of how even the smallest moments can blossom into something special. 💛
