Providing excellent nurse delegation services and caregiver training, we help home care aids and care-facility owners and managers deliver exceptional residential care. Our education programs give caregivers the highest quality training in the courses required by the State of Washington for home care aide certificatio

n. In our nurse delegation program, nurses teach caregivers to perform certain tasks while under the supervision of a registered nurse. Nurse Delegation is a State of Washington law that allows caregivers to provide care that would normally be provided by a licensed nurse.
