Hope Said Psychiatry I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner, who practices in a quite, peaceful place with horses. Bonus, I also prescribe-but that’s not my first go to.

This has become a respite for women seeking counsel on life’s major/some minor bumps in the road.

It’s Time For You

It’s been a rough few weeks. But also the best few weeks. Ironic much.

I know who I am, I’ve grown so much in such a short time, I’ve learnt how to ‘see’ me. I’ve spent so long keeping busy and ‘achieving’ that I forgot how to live. I’m starting to see the me that others see, and learning to not be so hard on myself. It’s time to stop surviving and start thriving.

Today I choose me. I challenge you to choose you, and do something kind for yourself today.

Everyone deserves a chance to shine. ⭐️

Safe Space

We all need our safe space and safe people to get us through the hard days. When your nervous system is already dysregulated your safe space is your place to rest, recover & recharge.

Never underestimate the importance of your safe space and people; both are essential for your healing.
