Moms, this one’s for you 🤍
This client has two very young kiddos, including one she’s currently breastfeeding—and that matters more than you might think when it comes to muscle tension.
The latissimus dorsi and middle trapezius are heavily involved in: • Holding and carrying babies
• Feeding positions (especially breastfeeding)
• Rounded shoulder posture from constant forward positioning
Over time, this can lead to tightness, soreness, and that deep, hard-to-reach tension between the shoulder blades and along the sides of the back.
Cupping in these areas helps: ✔️ Decompress overworked tissue
✔️ Improve circulation
✔️ Relieve that “mom posture” tension
