Name: Jordyn Collins
Job Title:Vet Assistant
Family: 2 brothers, 1 sister
Pets: Terrier mix dog, June
How many years have you been at Cross Creek? 7 years total: I started doing kennel chores in high school and have been working during the summer for the past 4 years.
What is the best thing about working at Cross Creek or what do you enjoy doing at work? No day is the same! I love being able to help all the animals that walk through the door. Everyone here makes working so much better ~ plus I get to learn a lot.
What do you like doing outside of work? I enjoy spending time outside, hanging out with friends and family and being active.
What is the one thing people might now know about you? I will be going into my 2nd year of Vet school in August in the UNL/ISU program.

Jordyn is an amazing worker! Wish we could keep her year round! We wish you the best in vet school with all your studies. Just think in 3 years you will be a Veterinarian: We know you have been dreaming of this for a very long time!

How many years have you been at Cross Creek? 2 years
What is the best thing about working at Cross Creek or what do you enjoy doing at work? I love the variety that we have here. There is always something new and never a dull moment (especially with Julie).
What do you like doing outside of work? I love being outside reading or playing pickle ball with Theresa and Grace. I also enjoy working on the family farm.
What is the one thing people might now know about you? I want a mini pig!

Anna, we have enjoyed the last 2 years having you here at Cross Creek Animal Health Center. Her last last day is June18th, as she will be heading to Tennessee to experience a whole new world! We wish you the best and know you will be missed here.

Hi, it's Ellie again! I'm still here at Cross Creek. I have had no one inquire about me and I'm getting sad staying in the kennel day after day. I have been here for over 2 months and the shelter is full and can't take me. What I really want is a home to call my own. Could that be you??

We have TWODogs looking for new forever homes! They will be staying here until they find a new home or can go to Blue River Pet Rescue.
1 Ellie is a 4-5 year old husky. She is spayed and UPD on vaccines. She is scared at first but warms up quick and will be a great friend.
2. Cocoa is 2 years old he is a smaller dog, kind of a rat terrier mix. He is soon to be neutered and is currently on vaccines. He is shy at first but will be your best friend and never leave your lap.
