Many of us are getting our gardens ready and have done the 'spring cleaning' yardwork...🌸🍉🫑

Many injuires begin from.tightened muscles and lack of movement. We begin compensating using other muscles when another is sore to continue on with our days and not get slowed down.

Massage releases that tension and allows better mobility for both muscles and joints, with less strain.

Reminder - I am booking normal hours until further notice☀️
