National Dog Day is a time to recognize the incredible ways dogs enrich our lives—from beloved family companions to the dogs who work selflessly to protect us, save lives, and provide support when we need it most.

This National Dog Day, we are especially grateful to welcome Jimmy to the Koch Funeral Home family as our new Grief Therapy Dog.

Jimmy, along with his handler Karen Keller, is here to offer the families we serve an added source of gentle companionship during some of life’s most difficult moments. We understand the tremendous comfort a therapy dog can bring when words simply aren’t enough.
