💜 September is National Su***de Prevention Month. 🩵

This month is a reminder that connection matters, checking in matters, and asking someone how they’re really doing can matter more than we realize.

You never know what someone may be experiencing. A simple “How are you?”, “I’m here for you,” or “Want to talk?” can open the door to hope.

Let’s use this month to:
💜 Check in on the people we care about
🩵 Listen without judgment
💜 Talk openly about mental health
🩵 Remind others that they are not alone
💜 Encourage people to reach out for support when they need it

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health or su***de crisis, call or text 988 to connect with the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7.

You can also reach out to Seneca Health Services for crisis assistance, support, and connection to local resources—any time, day or night at 1-888-SENECA9 (888-736-3229).

There is help. There is hope. And you don't have to face it alone. 💜🩵

💜 Overdose Awareness Matters 💜

Every overdose is more than a statistic—it's a person, a family, and a community impacted. Overdose Awareness is about remembering those we've lost, supporting those who are struggling, and reminding everyone that recovery is possible.

No one should have to face substance use challenges alone. Whether you or someone you love is looking for support, help is available.

At Seneca, we are committed to providing compassionate care, education, and resources to individuals and families affected by substance use. Our team offers support, treatment options, and guidance to help people take the next step toward recovery.

Recovery starts with one conversation. Together, we can reduce stigma, save lives, and build a healthier community.

💜 Reach out. Listen without judgment. Carry naloxone if you can. Share resources. Every action makes a difference.

If you or someone you know needs support, contact Seneca today to learn how we can help. 1-888-SENECA9 (888-736-3229)
