Part-Time Orthotics & Medical Equipment Coordinator
Are you ridiculously organized? We should talk.
Are you the person who keeps everything organized, notices when something is running low, follows up until the job is actually finished, and hates letting details fall through the cracks? You may be exactly who we're looking for.
Brunswick Foot & Ankle Surgery in Supply is looking for a part-time Orthotics & Medical Equipment Coordinator to help manage the nonclinical side of getting patients their custom foot orthotics, braces/AFOs, diabetic shoes, and other medical equipment.
This is a great position for someone who is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and good at managing lots of moving pieces at once.
You’ll help with:
• Ordering and tracking orthotics, braces, shoes, and medical equipment
• Keeping inventory organized and making sure supplies are reordered
• Communicating with vendors and patients
• Scheduling patients when products arrive
• Keeping paperwork and orders moving from start to finish
• Checking insurance benefits and helping obtain authorizations when needed
• Making sure nothing gets forgotten, delayed, or lost in the shuffle
Medical office or insurance experience is helpful, but it is not required. We can teach the medical and insurance side. What we really need is someone who is organized, learns quickly, follows through, and takes ownership of their work.
Experience in retail management, inventory, order fulfillment, pharmacy, dental or medical offices, insurance, scheduling, purchasing, or similar work could translate very well to this position.
Part-time | Weekdays | Supply, NC
$20-$25/hour depending on experience

Last night marked the end of my time as President of InStride Foot & Ankle Specialists. I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity to serve alongside so many outstanding physicians, staff, and friends over the past three years, and I’m truly honored by the plaque the Board presented to me. I’m looking forward to turning my full attention back to my patients, my practice here at Instride Brunswick, and spending more time with my family.
