Restore Strength exists because I learned something the hard way.
Strength isn’t something you force back after pregnancy, injury, or illness.
It’s something you restore, carefully.
I used to coach with intensity first.
Until my own body required me to slow down, listen, and rebuild differently.
Restore Strength is a clinical-informed, postpartum and injury-aware approach to strength coaching for people who want to feel safe in their bodies again.
At the moment, I’m intentionally not accepting clients while I renew my certification and expand my specialty education, including Corrective Exercise.
When I return, it will be with deeper clinical knowledge, clearer standards, and a stronger commitment to safety.
You don’t need to rush.
You need to rebuild trust.
