Your first session is about 1 hour and 15 minutes, and your therapist will walk you through everything, including your plan of care, number of visits, and what comes next.

Be sure to bring your insurance card, a prescription from your physician if needed, your completed patient forms, and comfortable loose-fitting clothing.
