Meet JJ, our July employee of the month!

JJ has worked at Weatherly Inn for nearly a year, in our Dietary department as a Server. Since her arrival, coworkers and residents have enjoyed her positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever she can. When we asked JJ one of the reasons she enjoys working here she stated, “Working at the Weatherly Inn has been like working with my grandparents. I am treated with kindness and compassion that can’t be found in any other community”.

We are honored that JJ is a part of our Weatherly Inn Family!

Did you know today is national women’s equality day? Well, now you do!

Today was a busy day! A few of our ladies spent the day on the Ruston waterfront, a few others spent the day in the garden and a few of our memory care ladies enjoyed a ladies lunch! We are so thankful for every one of our ladies and even more proud to advocate for women’s equality, today and everyday!
