20 Years of Growth, Dedication & Impact — Celebrating Janelle Ryan!
Twenty years ago, Janelle began her journey with Cascade as an Adult Day Health Program Aide. What followed is a wonderful example of what can happen when talent, commitment, curiosity and opportunity grow together.
Over the past two decades, Janelle has served our organization as:
ADH Program Aide → ADH TBI Program Coordinator → ADH Social Services Coordinator → ADH Administrator → Director of Accounting
Each role brought new responsibilities and new ways for Janelle to serve our residents, clients, employees and organization.
Today, as our Director of Accounting, Janelle's work may happen largely behind the scenes, but its impact is felt everywhere. Her financial leadership helps keep our doors open, our organization strong, and our mission of serving our community moving forward.
Janelle's story is also something we deeply value at Cascade: people don't just grow in our communities—they grow within our organization. Her 20-year journey represents connection, perseverance, professional growth and an extraordinary commitment to the people and mission she has served along the way.
