Summer heat can affect the effectiveness of Naloxone (Narcan). Keeping it stored properly helps ensure it is ready to use during an emergency.

Avoid leaving Narcan in hot vehicles, direct sunlight, or outdoor spaces for long periods. Store it in a cool, dry place and check expiration dates regularly so you are prepared when every second matters.
