HELLO NON-STS CLIENTS: If you have a child with a communication disorder and would like your child to experience the special Halloween event we create for our clients, please reach out. This may be possible.
The event is Friday, October 24th (this coming Friday).
We guarantee space to STS clients who sign up by Tuesday, October 21.
On Wednesday, October 22nd, any open spots will be offered to non-clients on the waiting list. Space is limited, and we cannot guarantee there will be availability, but if there is we want to ensure as many families and children can benefit from the experience as possible.
WHAT IS IT? Our annual event is a combination indoor trick-or-treating neighborhood and outdoor carnival, created and hosted by our team of therapists, to enable children with AAC devices/special communication needs to enjoy a seamless, sensory-rich experience with their families.
There are interactive activities at every trick-or-treating stop inside. Outside is a sing-along-hayride, snow playground, carnival games, outdoor movie theater, and a food truck for folks who want to buy a meal.
