Why is our heart always the first thing we hand over?

We give people access to our love, energy, and deepest parts before they’ve shown us they know how to handle them. Having a loving heart is beautiful but it still deserves protection.

Keeping the heart chakra balanced is so important because it helps us give and receive love without losing ourselves. When it’s balanced, we can love with compassion while still honoring our boundaries. We remain open without becoming overextended, guarded, or emotionally drained.

Your heart is sacred. Let people earn access through consistency, honesty, and care. You can love deeply without abandoning yourself in the process.

Protecting your heart doesn’t mean closing it—it means loving from a place of balance. 💜✨

When we decide to change and do the inner work, other things will naturally rise to the surface. Sometimes, what comes up may not even belong to you.. it could be something you inherited, absorbed, or carried for someone else.

Not everything that surfaces is yours to keep. Some things rise so they can finally be acknowledged, released, and returned with love. 💜✨

What happens when you’re no longer considered “kind” and suddenly become the villain because you set boundaries?

Sometimes, people only call you kind when your kindness benefits them. The moment you say no, protect your peace, or stop overextending yourself, their perception of you changes.

Let them tell the story however they need to. You know your heart. Setting boundaries doesn’t make you the villain. It means you finally stopped abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable.

Watch how you speak to yourself 💜

We talk to ourselves all day long.

I'm tired.
I can't do this.
Nothing ever works out for me.
I'm not good enough.
I'm so behind.

And sometimes we repeat these things so often that we don't even realize we're doing it.

Affirmations aren't about pretending everything is perfect. They're about becoming intentional with the words you continuously pour into yourself.

Instead of "I can't handle this," try "I will figure this out."

Instead of "I'm failing," try "I'm learning as I go."

Instead of "Nothing ever works out for me," try "I trust that what's meant for me will find its way to me."

Instead of "I'm not enough," remind yourself "I am worthy exactly where I am, while still becoming who I'm meant to be."

Speak to yourself with the same love, patience, and encouragement you give everyone else.

Your inner voice is the one you hear the most. Make sure it's speaking life into you.

“Be YOU till full.”

Before all the growth, the changes, the healing, and everything J. Solè Healing has become… the message was already there.

Pour into yourself. Come back to yourself. Be so rooted in who you are that you don’t have to shrink, explain, or lose yourself trying to pour into everybody else.

It’s beautiful looking back and realizing… I’ve been becoming her this whole time. ✨
