What do you actually want?
Not what you think you should want.
Not what someone else expects you to want.
Not what social media says is desirable.
Not what your friends, your family, your culture, or your relationship history has taught you to want.
What do you want?
It sounds like a simple question, yet many people discover they have spent years making decisions based on expectations, obligations, assumptions, and ideas they inherited from somewhere else.
What makes this even more interesting is that desire does not exist in a vacuum. We also have values, beliefs, boundaries, relationship agreements, responsibilities, and personal goals. The challenge is rarely figuring out what we want. The challenge is learning how to honor what we want while remaining aligned with the life we are intentionally creating.
For me, erotic alignment is not about following someone else's formula for pleasure, intimacy, or relationships. It is about understanding yourself well enough to make choices that feel authentic, intentional, and aligned with your values.
There is something incredibly attractive about a person who knows who they are, understands what they want, and is willing to live in alignment with that truth.
