Pride weekend is almost here, and we are so excited to see you.

Summit Community Counseling will be at the Salt Lake City Pride Festival this weekend, June 6 & 7, at Booth E-709

Come visit us.

Come say hello.

Come ask questions.

Come take information for yourself or someone you love.

Come celebrate with us.

Pride is full of color, music, courage, laughter, beauty, community, and joy. It is a celebration of being seen. It is a celebration of being loved. It is a celebration of showing up as yourself and knowing that you belong.

At Summit Community Counseling, we believe support should feel that way too.

Support should remind people that they are not alone.

Support should make room for the whole person.

Support should help people and families through the hard parts of life with compassion, dignity, and care.

We are here for people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship challenges, family concerns, identity-related struggles, burnout, life transitions, and moments when everything simply feels too heavy to carry alone.

And we are here for loved ones too.

If you are worried about someone, stop by.

If you are trying to find help for a child, teen, partner, friend, or family member, stop by.

If you are wondering whether therapy could help, stop by.

If you are not ready to talk but want to gather information, stop by.

If you just want to meet us and know who we are, stop by.

We would love to connect with you.

This weekend is about celebration, but it is also about community. And community means showing up for each other with kindness, respect, and support.

If you are attending Pride this weekend, please come visit **Summit Community Counseling at Booth E-709**.

We would be grateful to meet you.

Sometimes the first step toward support is simply starting a conversation.

Not a perfect conversation.

Not a conversation where you already know exactly what to say.

Not a conversation where you have everything figured out.

Just a real, human moment where you can ask a question, share a concern, pick up a resource, or learn what help might look like.

This weekend, Summit Community Counseling will be at the Salt Lake City Pride Festival on **June 6 & 7**, and we would love for you to come visit us at **Booth E-709**.

Pride is a celebration of being seen, loved, accepted, and supported.

It is a celebration of courage.

It is a celebration of community.

It is a celebration of people showing up as themselves and for each other.

At Summit Community Counseling, we believe mental health care should carry that same spirit.

You deserve support that respects who you are.

You deserve care that makes room for your story.

You deserve a place where you can talk about anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship challenges, family concerns, identity-related struggles, or anything else that has felt heavy without feeling judged or dismissed.

And if you are worried about someone you love, you deserve support too.

You can stop by our booth to ask about therapy services.

You can ask about support for a child, teen, partner, friend, family member, or loved one.

You can take information for later.

You can simply meet us and know that help is available when the time feels right.

There is no pressure to have the right words.

There is no pressure to know exactly where to begin.

You can simply come by and say hello.

Sometimes that is enough to open the door to something meaningful.

If you are attending the Salt Lake City Pride Festival this weekend, please visit **Summit Community Counseling at Booth E-709**.

We are here to celebrate with you, connect with you, and support you and your loved ones however we can.

Sometimes support starts with you.

Maybe you are looking for help for yourself.

Maybe someone you love has been struggling.

Maybe your child, teen, partner, friend, sibling, parent, or loved one needs support, but you are not sure what the next step should be.

Maybe you just want to talk to someone, ask questions, and understand what help could look like.

This weekend, Summit Community Counseling will be at the Salt Lake City Pride Festival, and we would love to meet you.

Pride is a celebration of being seen, loved, accepted, and supported as you are.

It is a celebration of courage.

It is a celebration of community.

It is a celebration of the people who show up for each other.

And that is what mental health support is about too.

At Summit Community Counseling, we are here for individuals, families, loved ones, and community members who may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, identity-related concerns, relationship challenges, family struggles, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or difficult life transitions.

You do not need to have the perfect question before stopping by.

You do not need to know exactly what kind of support someone needs.

You do not need to explain everything all at once.

You can simply come by, say hello, and begin a conversation.

Sometimes one conversation can help someone feel less alone.

Sometimes one resource can give a family a clearer next step.

Sometimes one referral can help someone finally reach out.

Sometimes one kind moment can remind someone that help is available.

If you are attending Pride this weekend, please stop by **Booth E-709**.

Come for yourself.

Come for someone you love.

Come because you have questions.

Come because you want to know what support is available.

Come because community matters, and no one should have to carry the hard parts of life alone.

Pride is a celebration of being able to show up as yourself.

Fully.

Honestly.

Joyfully.

Bravely.

And this weekend, Summit Community Counseling is honored to be part of that celebration.

We will be at the Salt Lake City Pride Festival on **June 6 & 7** at **Booth E-709**, and we would love for you to come visit us.

Stop by to say hello, ask questions, learn about therapy services, pick up information, or talk with us about support for yourself or someone you love.

You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning a conversation.

You can simply come as you are.

At Summit Community Counseling, we believe everyone deserves compassionate mental health support through the real and complicated parts of life.

The anxious parts.

The grieving parts.

The exhausted parts.

The joyful parts.

The healing parts.

The parts that are still learning how to feel safe, loved, seen, and supported.

Pride reminds us that people deserve to live without shame.

Mental health care reminds us that people deserve support while they are healing, growing, changing, surviving, rebuilding, and becoming more fully themselves.

We are here for individuals, families, loved ones, and community members navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, identity-related concerns, relationship challenges, family struggles, life transitions, and everything that can feel too heavy to carry alone.

We are so excited to share that Summit Community Counseling will be at the Salt Lake City Pride Festival this weekend!

Come visit us June 6 & 7 at Booth E-709.

Pride is a beautiful celebration of being seen, being valued, being loved, and being able to show up more fully as yourself.

It is a celebration of courage.

It is a celebration of community.

It is a celebration of the people who have fought to be recognized, the families and friends who stand beside them, and the joy that becomes possible when people are allowed to live with honesty, dignity, and pride.

At Summit Community Counseling, we believe support should feel like that too.

Support should feel respectful.

Support should feel compassionate.

Support should feel human.

Support should make room for your story, your identity, your relationships, your family, your pain, your healing, your questions, and your hope.

This weekend, we would love for you to stop by our booth and say hello.

You do not need to have the perfect question.

You do not need to know exactly what kind of support you are looking for.

You can come by to learn about therapy services, ask about support for yourself, gather information for someone you love, or simply connect with people who care.

Sometimes the first step toward support is not a big dramatic moment.

Sometimes it is a conversation.

Sometimes it is picking up a resource.

Sometimes it is realizing that help is closer than you thought.

We are here for individuals, families, loved ones, and community members navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, identity-related concerns, relationship challenges, burnout, and the many difficult seasons life can bring.

And we are also here to celebrate.

Because Pride is joyful.

Pride is powerful.

Pride is community.

Pride is a reminder that every person deserves to be seen and supported as they are.

Mental Health Awareness Month is almost over.

But anxiety does not end when the month ends.

Depression does not end when the month ends.

Grief, stress, burnout, trauma, and emotional exhaustion do not disappear because the calendar changes.

That is why awareness has to become action.

It is not enough for people to know that mental health matters. They also need to know that support is available, that they are allowed to ask for help, and that they do not have to wait until they are falling apart to begin.

Maybe you have been thinking about therapy.

Maybe you have opened the website and closed it again.

Maybe you have saved the phone number but have not called.

Maybe you have told yourself, โ€œIโ€™ll wait a little longer.โ€

Or maybe someone you care about has seemed tired, distant, overwhelmed, or not quite like themselves.

This is the reminder:

Support can begin now.

At Summit Community Counseling, we offer compassionate therapy services for people who need a safe place to talk, understand what they are carrying, and begin moving toward healing, clarity, and improvement.

You do not need perfect words.

You do not need to have everything figured out.

You do not need to wait until things become unbearable.

And if someone you love needs help, your encouragement may be the reason they finally reach out.

Summit Community Counseling currently has therapy openings available and is welcoming new clients.

Someone you know may be waiting for a sign.

Not a dramatic sign.

Not a perfect moment.

Just a small reminder that support is available, that their pain matters, and that they do not have to keep carrying everything alone.

So many people think about asking for help before they actually do it.

They may open the website, then close it.
They may save the phone number, then wait.
They may tell themselves they are fine, even when they know they are tired.
They may think their struggle is not โ€œbad enoughโ€ yet.

But support does not have to wait until someone is in crisis.

During this final week of Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to remind individuals, families, friends, providers, schools, and community partners that a referral can be powerful.

A kind conversation can be powerful.

Sharing a resource can be powerful.

Encouraging someone to take their mental health seriously can be powerful.

At Summit Community Counseling, we offer compassionate therapy services for people who need support, clarity, and a safe place to begin. You do not need the perfect words before reaching out. You do not need to explain everything all at once. You do not need to wait until life feels unbearable.

You can begin where you are.

And if someone you care about has been struggling, you may be part of the reason they finally take the next step.

Summit Community Counseling currently has therapy openings available and is welcoming new clients.

Someone may be waiting for a sign.

Your encouragement could be it.

05/26/2026

Mental Health Awareness Month is almost over.

But the need for support does not end when the month ends.

There are still people carrying anxiety quietly.
There are still people struggling with depression behind a smile.
There are still people grieving, burning out, feeling overwhelmed, or wondering why life feels so heavy.
There are still people who have been thinking about asking for help, but have not taken the step yet.

Maybe they are waiting because they are afraid.

Maybe they are waiting because they do not know what to say.

Maybe they are waiting because they think their struggle is not โ€œbad enough.โ€

Maybe they simply need someone to remind them that support is available.

At Summit Community Counseling, we believe no one should have to wait until they are falling apart to receive care.

Therapy can be a place to breathe. A place to be heard. A place to understand what has been weighing on you. A place to begin moving toward clarity, healing, and improvement with compassionate support.

If you have been thinking about reaching out, this may be the week to begin.

And if someone you care about has been struggling, your encouragement could matter more than you know. Sharing a resource, offering support, or helping someone connect with care can be a powerful act of love.

Awareness is important.

But support is what changes lives.

Let this be the week someone finally reaches out.

You do not have to hold everything by yourself.

Not the anxiety.
Not the sadness.
Not the grief.
Not the stress.
Not the exhaustion.
Not the part of you that keeps saying, โ€œIโ€™m fine,โ€ when you know you are tired.

During Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to remind you that needing support does not mean you are weak.

It means you are human.

So many people wait to ask for help because they think they should be able to handle everything alone. They wait until they are overwhelmed, disconnected, burned out, or close to breaking before they allow themselves to reach out.

But care does not have to wait until the breaking point.

You are allowed to seek support when life feels heavy.
You are allowed to ask for help before things become unbearable.
You are allowed to want healing, clarity, and peace.
You are allowed to be cared for too.

At Summit Community Counseling, we offer compassionate therapy services for people who need a safe place to begin. Therapy can help you understand what you are feeling, find healthier ways to cope, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and supported.

And if someone you love has seemed different lately, your encouragement may matter more than you know. A referral, a shared resource, or a simple message saying โ€œyou do not have to do this aloneโ€ can become the moment someone finally reaches out.

You are not too much.
You are not a burden.
You are not alone.

Let yourself be held by support.

05/20/2026

Sometimes the part of you that needs care is not the part everyone sees.

It may be the part that keeps saying, โ€œIโ€™m fine,โ€ even when you are tired.

It may be the part that smiles, shows up, answers the phone, goes to work, takes care of others, and keeps everything moving.

It may be the part that has learned how to survive by staying quiet.

But quiet does not mean healed.

And functioning does not always mean well.

During Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to remind you that every part of you deserves care. Not just the strongest part. Not just the productive part. Not just the part that keeps everything together.

The tired part deserves care.
The anxious part deserves care.
The grieving part deserves care.
The overwhelmed part deserves care.
The part that does not know what to say yet deserves care too.

At Summit Community Counseling, we offer compassionate therapy services for people who need a safe place to begin. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. You do not need to explain your pain perfectly. You do not need to wait until life feels unbearable.

You can begin with honesty.

You can begin with one appointment.

You can begin by saying, โ€œI think I need support.โ€

And if someone you care about has seemed different latelyโ€”more distant, more tired, more anxious, more discouraged, or less like themselvesโ€”your encouragement may matter. A referral can help someone remember that support is available and that they do not have to carry everything alone.
