🥰Known means caregivers understand who they are beyond their diagnosis. Their preferences, their history, what makes them smile.
🏡At home means it doesn't feel clinical. It feels familiar. Warm. Like somewhere they belong.

Mercy House Temple is looking for an enthusiastic, driven, & compassionate Community Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our mission & make a difference in the lives of seniors & their families every day‼️

🌟 What You’ll Do:
✔ Build meaningful community partnerships
✔ Network & develop referral relationships
✔ Generate leads & support occupancy growth
✔ Plan & promote exciting community events
✔ Increase brand awareness throughout the Temple, Belton, Harker Hts. & Killeen area
✔ Analyze market trends & competitor activity
✔ Maintain strong organizational & reporting practices

📌 QUALIFICATIONS:
• Healthcare experience REQUIRED (Assisted Living & Memory Care preferred)
• 2–4 years of sales & marketing experience
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Community outreach & networking experience
• Self-motivated, organized, & goal-oriented

A huge ‘thank you’ to Parris with New Century Hospice for spending an afternoon painting with our residents! What a wonderful time filled with creativity, laughter & plenty of colorful masterpieces 💖Activities like these do so much more than create beautiful artwork, they encourage self-expression, stimulate the mind & bring a wonderful sense of accomplishment & joy.
