Free Your Mind Counseling Agency is seeking a compassionate and organized Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with accessing community resources, coordinating care, and supporting overall treatment goals. Responsibilities include maintaining client communication, documenting services, collaborating with therapists, and helping clients navigate services and supports. Experience working with mental health clients and strong communication skills preferred.

Clinical Director

Free Your Mind Counseling Agency is also hiring a Clinical Director to provide leadership and clinical support to our therapy team. Responsibilities include:

* Reviewing therapist notes and treatment plans weekly
* Holding monthly staff meetings
* Providing guidance and answering clinical questions from therapists throughout the week
* Supporting quality assurance and maintaining clinical standards
* Assisting with staff development and collaboration
* Taking on additional responsibilities and leadership roles as the agency continues to grow and develop

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, clinical experience in mental health counseling, and the ability to support a growing team environment.

This role involves providing 1:1 academic support and mentorship to younger students ranging from Kindergarten through 6th grade.

- Position Details -
After-School Tutor/Mentor
High school students in grades 10, 11, or 12
Oklahoma City, OK 📍

Must be a current high school student in good academic standing
Strong communication skills and a patient demeanor
Reliable transportation to the OKC area
Previous experience with childcare or academic coaching is a plus
