Dear members of our Hot Springs Health community,

We are writing to share an important leadership update regarding Hot Springs Health. Effective today, Scott Alwin is no longer serving as Chief Executive Officer. We want to express our gratitude for Scott’s contributions during his time with us—beginning as Chief Clinical Officer in 2021 and subsequently stepping into the CEO role—and we wish him the very best in his future endeavors.

To ensure continuous, seamless operations, the Board of Directors will appoint an Interim CEO in the coming days while we launch a comprehensive national search for our next Chief Executive Officer.

As Board Chair John Fenton noted, our single highest priority remains the delivery of exceptional, compassionate care to every patient who walks through our doors. We have complete confidence in our executive leadership team, dedicated physicians, and outstanding clinical staff to maintain operational excellence and continuity throughout this transition.

Please be assured that our day-to-day operations, clinic schedules, and unwavering commitment to the health and well-being of our community remain entirely unchanged.

We are deeply grateful for your trust and continued support as we serve Hot Springs County and the surrounding region. We will keep you updated as our search process progresses.
