I haven't always been this way...
I used to be fun and more spontaneous.

But then menopause hit and it's like I am a completely different person!

But the "cool" me was a people pleaser and always felt like she was just barely keeping her head above water.

And now I don't care what people think.. sometimes maybe a bit too extreme? Possibly.

The fix is simple (but powerful): Protein + a plant

I actually LOST weight while on vacation! ๐Ÿ˜ฒ

โœจYour metabolism is supposed to be resilientโ€ฆ not fragile.

I went away for 4 days.
Ate pretty much whatever I wanted. Pizza, sandwiches, chips, chocolate.
Barely hit 5k steps most days instead of my normal 9-10k ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ
Had irregular meals.
Way less protein than usual and hardly half as much water as I normally drink.

๐€๐ง๐ ๐ˆ ๐œ๐š๐ฆ๐ž ๐ก๐จ๐ฆ๐ž ๐ƒ๐Ž๐–๐ ๐ŸŽ.๐Ÿ ๐ฅ๐›๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐š๐ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ . ๐Ÿ‘

Not because I โ€œgot lucky.โ€
Not because I โ€œearned it.โ€
