Choosing You. Choosing Yourself Without Guilt. ✨

Perhaps the greatest act of magic is the moment you stop abandoning yourself to belong.

We are born knowing something about who we are.

Then the world begins to whisper:

Be this.
Do that.
Make us happy.
Don't disappoint them.
Be who we need you to be.

Family, friends, culture, and society can quietly shape
the mirror through which we see ourselves—until we forget
that the soul beneath all those expectations has its own knowing.

Choosing yourself is a sacred return.

It is listening inward and asking:

What is true for me now?
What nourishes my spirit?
What am I ready to release?

Sometimes choosing yourself looks like a boundary.

A loving 'no.'
A necessary distance.
A change in direction.

A decision to stop explaining yourself to those committed
to misunderstanding you.

Boundaries are not rejection.

They are sacred medicine.🤍

They are how we protect the energy that allows us to grow.

And yes, sometimes choosing yourself will bring guilt.

Let it pass through you.

You are not responsible for remaining small so someone else can remain comfortable.

You are not selfish for honoring your needs.

You are not unloving for protecting your peace.

What happens when you enter a session?

First, we slow down.
(Breathe)

We listen.
(What questions have arised?)

There is no need to arrive with everything figured out.

You can come exactly as you are.

A session may include conversation, guided relaxation, hypnosis, Reiki, crystals, energetic practices, shamanic techniques, intuitive guidance—or a weaving of several approaches.

There is no predetermined script for your journey.

Each session unfolds according to what is present.

Sometimes the work is quiet.

Sometimes something wants to move.

Sometimes the greatest medicine is simply being witnessed in a space where you don't have to perform, explain, or hold everything together.

This is a space to breathe.

To soften.

To listen.

To reconnect.

To place your feet upon the earth and remember that you are still here.

A session is not about becoming someone new.
It is about creating enough stillness to meet yourself more deeply.
