**Workshop Wednesday: What is this teaching me?**

As we wrap up our focus on **Progress, Not Perfection** and move deeper into **Learning & Growth**, remember this:

You don’t have to get everything right to be growing.

Sometimes the most meaningful growth comes from the moments we wish had gone differently. Instead of using those moments as evidence that we failed, we can become curious about what they have to teach us.

Ask yourself today:

**What did I learn?
What can I do differently?
What am I becoming through this?**

Growth isn’t about arriving at some perfect version of yourself.

It’s about continuing to learn, unlearn, adjust, heal, and try again.

Sometimes “I’m stuck” isn’t really stuck.

Sometimes it’s fear.
Fear of failing.
Fear of changing.
Fear of what people think.
Fear that the next version of you won’t feel familiar.

And sometimes growth starts with simply being honest enough to say:
“Maybe I’m not stuck. Maybe I’m scared.”

Progress, Not Perfection

You don’t have to have it all figured out to be growing.

Sometimes progress looks like learning something new.
Sometimes it looks like trying again.
Sometimes it’s simply recognizing what no longer works and choosing differently.

Growth rarely happens all at once. It happens in the small moments when we stay open, keep learning, and give ourselves permission to move forward.

**You are not behind. You are becoming.**

This week, don’t measure yourself by how far you still have to go. Notice how far you’ve already come.
