Help us welcome Charissa Kamps, MSN, FNP-C to Old Pueblo Pediatrics. Effective Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

Charissa Kamps, MSN, FNP-C, has been a dedicated healthcare professional for more than 25 years, beginning her nursing career in 2000 and becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2011 after earning her Master of Science in Nursing.

Throughout her career, Charissa has worked in emergency medicine, urgent care, and primary care, developing a broad clinical background and a well-rounded approach to patient care. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP).

As she begins her work in pediatrics, Charissa is excited to focus on the health, development, and well-being of children and adolescents. She is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care while partnering with families to promote healthy development, prevent illness, and support each child’s unique healthcare needs.

She will see patients up to the age of 25 years old.

Beginning Wednesday, August 5, 2026, Dr. Senra will join Ocotillo Family Medicine and provide care for patients ages 10 and older.

Arthi Senra, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician with more than 15 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to patients across all stages of life. She is board certified by both the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine, with clinical interests in obesity medicine, women’s health, menopause care, and preventive medicine.

Dr. Senra earned her bachelor’s degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, and received her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. She completed her residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Arizona Medical Center, where she was honored to serve as Chief Resident.

Over the course of her career, Dr. Senra has cared for diverse patient populations in both community health and academic medicine settings. She is committed to building long-term relationships with her patients and believes in partnering with them to develop personalized, sustainable approaches to health and wellness. Her practice emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and evidence-based treatment tailored to each individual’s goals and needs.

Please join us in welcoming Fabian Rodriguez, MD, MHA to Arizona Community Physicians.

Fabian Rodriguez, MD, MHA will be joining Saguaro Eastside Medical Group on Monday, August 6, 2026.

“There and Back Again.” Born and raised on Red and Green Chile in Las Cruces, NM, he graduated as a die-hard NMSU Aggie in 1997 and was blessed with an USAF scholarship to attend medical school at Creighton University in Omaha, NE. He eventually transferred to and graduated from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN in May 2002. He served on active duty at Dyess AFB in Abilene, TX, followed by his Internal Medicine Residency through the UNC Moses Cone Hospital program in Greensboro, NC. Practicing for 16 years in Pinehurst, NC, before leaping back into school to complete a Master's in Healthcare Administration at UNC Chapel Hill in Dec 2024. Life then led him to Cleveland, OH, where he has been practicing for the last 4 years. He is thrilled to join the team at Saguaro Eastside Medical Group.

He will see patients 16 years of age and older.

Welcoming Emily Norman ANP to Camp Lowell Medical Specialist Effective 07/01/2026. Emily Norman is an Adult–Geriatric Nurse Practitioner who earned her graduate degree from Marquette University in 2011. She began her nursing career in 2004 as a registered nurse, working in a hospital setting in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Since becoming a nurse practitioner, Emily has practiced primary care and internal medicine across a variety of settings, including long-term care, rehabilitation, and outpatient clinics. Her experience spans multiple regions, including Duluth, Minnesota;
northern Wisconsin; the Phoenix East Valley; and Prescott, Arizona, where she cared for adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Emily recently relocated to Tucson and joined Camp Lowell Medical Specialists with Arizona Community Physicians. She was drawn to the practice’s team-based approach to patient care and its strong focus on internal medicine. Her clinical interests include chronic
disease management, preventive care, and supporting patients in making sustainable, healthy lifestyle choices.
