Most men assume testosterone replacement is the only path to optimizing low T. There’s another option that does the same job without the fertility tradeoff.
Enclomiphene is an oral medication that signals your body to make more of its own testosterone instead of replacing it. It blocks estrogen feedback at the brain, your pituitary sends more signal to your te**es, and your testosterone goes up naturally. The HPG axis stays online, s***m production continues, and there’s no need to come off treatment to start a family.
You don’t have to figure this out on your own. Hormone treatment is layered, and the right path depends on your labs, your goals, and where you are in life. Understanding your options is the first step.

Most women don’t realize how much of how they feel is actually being run by their hormones. Sleep, mood, energy, metabolism, skin, libido, bone density, and brain function all respond to hormonal signals. When even one hormone shifts out of balance, you tend to feel it across multiple areas, which is why so many women spend years thinking it’s stress or aging when it’s actually a hormone issue with a name and a fix. Balance matters because hormones don’t work in isolation. They influence each other constantly, and a single imbalance can compound over time into bigger long-term problems like bone loss, cardiovascular risk, and cognitive decline. You don’t have to wait until something’s wrong to get your hormones checked. At Ross Medical Care, we run the full panel, walk you through every result, and build a plan around your individual labs. Schedule a hormone consultation to get started. Tulsa, OK · 918-932-2909

A lot of women reach their late 30s and 40s and start noticing changes that don’t quite add up. They aren’t sleeping as deeply, their energy takes longer to recover, and their weight shifts even though nothing about their routine has changed. It’s easy to write all of it off as simply getting older.
But much of that is actually your hormones changing, and that shift affects more than most people realize. Your hormones influence your metabolism, your sleep, your mood, and your bone strength. They are also closely tied to your gut, and that connection runs both ways. When your gut is inflamed or out of balance, it can throw your hormones off, and when your hormones shift, your digestion often follows. It’s one reason you can eat well and still feel bloated or sluggish. That’s why we don’t guess. A GI Map test gives us a real look at what’s happening in your gut, so we can see whether something there is driving the symptoms you’re feeling. Pair that with proper hormone testing, and you get a plan built around what your body is actually telling us, not a one-size-fits-all prescription. We have some amazing providers who are skilled in hormone replacement therapy and have helped many Tulsa ladies get their life back. Feeling like yourself again shouldn’t feel out of reach.

If chronic inflammation has been wearing you down, ozone therapy might be the reset your body has been looking for.
Ozone supports healthier cells, better oxygen use, and a calmer inflammatory response which can make a real difference for joint pain, fatigue, gut issues, and slow recovery.
We use ozone therapy as part of a holistic, root-cause approach that helps your body heal instead of just masking symptoms. It’s a natural option many people in Tulsa are turning to for long-term inflammation support.
If you’re curious whether ozone therapy could help with your inflammation symptoms, we’d love to walk you through it.

One of the things we hear most often from new patients is that they didn’t know a practice like ours existed in Tulsa.
We are a direct primary care practice, which means you pay a flat monthly membership instead of going through insurance. $100 a month for one person, $250 for a family of three, $50 per employee for business owners. That covers unlimited visits with your doctor no copays, no deductibles, no 15-minute time limits. Labs, prescriptions, and procedures are billed separately at cash prices, which are almost always lower than what you’d pay running them through insurance.

What makes us a little different from other DPC practices in Tulsa is that functional medicine is built into the same membership. In most places, functional medicine is a separate practice you drive across town for and pay thousands extra to access. Here, it’s the same office and the same team root-cause testing, hormone work, peptides, medical weight loss, IV therapy, advanced labs, thermography, ozone. Your annual physical and the deeper work of figuring out why you’ve felt off for years happen under the same roof.

We’re not trying to be the cheapest option in town, but if you actually run the numbers against what you’re already paying in premiums and out-of-pocket visits, this usually comes out lower. And you get a provider who has time to know you.
If any of this sounds like the kind of care you’ve been looking for, we’d love to meet you.

NAD+ is a molecule that does a tremendous amount of work inside your body, and most people have never given it a second thought. It exists in every cell you have, and its central role is in metabolism: it helps your cells take the food you eat and turn it into the energy they actually run on. That happens millions of times a second, and NAD+ is part of nearly every step.

Energy is only part of it. NAD+ is also used up by other cellular processes, including DNA repair and the activity of proteins called sirtuins, which help cells respond to stress and maintain themselves. Because it sits at so many intersections, NAD+ has become a serious subject of research in aging biology over the past two decades.
The research suggests NAD+ availability appears to decline with age, and that lower levels track with some of the cellular changes that come with getting older. There is genuine science here, and there is also marketing that runs well ahead of the evidence. That is why context matters more than the molecule itself. Fatigue, brain fog, and slow recovery are real, but they have many possible causes, and NAD+ is only one thread among hormones, sleep, thyroid function, and stress. Looking at it in isolation tends to produce confident answers that are not always correct.

At Ross Medical Care in Tulsa, this is the kind of question we like to slow down on with patients, because the useful conversation starts with your actual picture rather than a single number. If you have been reading about NAD+ and trying to sort the signal from the noise, that is worth bringing into a visit.
