Back pain sucks.
Ice and decompression can help alleviate symptoms. They don’t fix the problem. But given the right stimulus, the right environment, and enough time, the spine can be remarkably resilient.
Being human leaves us vulnerable to accidents. No matter how much you train. No matter how much you prepare.
💩 happens.
So how do you recover?
The first thing to remember is:
I AM NOT BROKEN.
Calm the irritation.
Move within your tolerance.
Recover slowly.
Rebuild properly.
Proper chiropractic care can be a valuable part of the early recovery process—helping manage pain, restore movement, and guide the next steps.
Then, as symptoms settle down, we begin the real work:
Mobility.
Stability.
Strength.
Pain Relief → Performance.
The body is always adapting.
Our job is to teach it how to adapt well.
