Yay for Clara for reaching the impressive milestone of completing over 1000 Pilates classes! Clara started Pilates with us in 2018 and says she became hooked on the benefits…increased flexibility and strength, and the overall relaxation she feels after each class. She shared that her doctor said it was one of the best things she could do for her overall health.
We love Clara's warmth and energy and look forward to her next 1000 classes with us!❤️
