🎃 MOM TIP: Halloween Candy Safety! 🍬🍭

“Mom tip of the day! Before your little goblins dig into that Halloween candy, take a minute to check their stash.

Hard candies, gummies, caramels, and gum can be choking hazards for little ones. Keep candy away from babies and toddlers, supervise kids while they’re eating, and check every wrapper before handing out treats.

And remember, if your child can’t breathe, cough, or make sounds, call 911 and begin age-appropriate choking first aid if you’re trained.

🍂 Frontier Sickness Update | Mid-October 🤧

Here we are in the middle of October, and we’re seeing hand, foot, and mouth disease, a little bit of the stomach bug, and the flu starting to poke its nose around! 🦠

A few friendly reminders to help keep your family feeling their best:
🧼 Wash hands often, especially before eating and after using the bathroom.
🤧 Cover coughs and sneezes with your elbow.
🧽 Disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
🏠 Keep kiddos home when they’re sick to help prevent spreading germs.

💉 Don’t forget! Our Family Flu Clinic is happening THIS WEEK! It’s a great time to get your family protected as flu season gets underway. No appointment needed.

Why is my baby sneezing so much? 🤧👶

Those tiny sneezes can sound like a lot, but newborns sneeze ALL the time! 🥹 Their little noses are learning to adjust to the world, and sneezing helps clear out dust, mucus, and other irritants.

✨ Most of the time, it’s completely normal!

But if sneezing comes with trouble breathing, a fever, or difficulty feeding, check in with your pediatrician.

Save this for your next “is this normal?” moment. 💛
