Union Station Clubhouse Small Clubhouse-Model Psychiatric-Rehabilitation Program in Pennsylvania's Laurel Highlands serving approximately 25-30 individuals on a daily basis

We are a ICCD Accrediated Clubhouse, serving those with mental illness from Fayette County Pennsylvania. We are also licensed by the Pennsylvania Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. Union Station Clubhouse is a affiliate of Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania

We’re proud to welcome the Fayette County Drug and Alcohol Commission to their new home.

After 52 years, FCDAC is beginning an exciting new chapter at 142 West Main Street, 2nd Floor, Uniontown.

Fay-Penn was honored to help bring this vision to life by providing space within the building and supporting a project that ensures this vital organization can continue serving Fayette County for years to come.

Thank you to all of the partners involved in assisting the move of FCDAC into their new home. We are proud to support organizations that strengthen our communities and improve quality of life throughout Fayette County.
