We loved connecting with so many families, answering questions, and sharing more about what makes Summit Family Health different. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, supported local wellness businesses, and helped make the event so special.

Bath time isn’t just for getting clean… it can also be a comforting way to support your child’s wellness 🛁✨

One of our favorite simple additions?
🌿 Epsom salt baths!

Epsom salt baths are commonly used to help support:
✔️ Relaxation & better sleep
✔️ Constipation relief
✔️ Muscle & nervous system support

A common recommendation is:
👶 ½ cup for littles
🛁 Up to 2 cups for bigger kids
⏰ Soak for around 20 minutes

But there are other simple bath add-ins parents often use, too. See the photo above for what to add & the benefits!

As always, introduce new products slowly and check with your healthcare provider if your child has sensitive skin, allergies, or other health concerns.

Boosting your child’s fiber intake doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. 🌱

Simple swaps throughout the day can support healthy digestion, energy, and overall wellness. 👇

🥣 Start with oatmeal at breakfast
🍎 Leave the peels on fruits when you can
🌮 Add beans into meals
🥤 Blend fruits + veggies into smoothies
🌱 Sprinkle chia or flax into yogurt or oatmeal

A simple rule to remember:
✨ Age + 5 = daily grams of fiber

Example:
5 years old = about 10g/day
8 years old = about 13g/day

⚠️ The most important tip: increase fiber slowly AND increase water intake too 💧
Adding too much fiber too fast without enough hydration can lead to abdominal cramping and tummy discomfort.
