When fitting everyone into the schedule feels impossible, you put in double the effort. šŸ’Ŗ

Behind every appointment is a team working overtime (sometimes literally carrying each other) to make sure our clients get the care they need, when they need it.

Most people come into our office believing at least one of these things.

Pain can be confusing. The internet doesn’t help. And unfortunately, a lot of people spend months (or years) trying to figure it out on their own.

So here’s a handful of things we wish more people knew before they started care.

Which one surprised you the most?

Rehab and training are NOT the same thing.

A lot of people jump back into workouts thinking pain is gone… but their body still isn’t ready for full performance. That’s where the difference matters šŸ‘‡

REHAB exercises = designed to reduce pain, restore movement, and rebuild stability
TRAINING exercises = designed to improve strength, power, speed, and performance

Your knee may tolerate squats again… but that doesn’t mean it’s ready for cutting, sprinting, jumping, or heavy lifting yet.

The goal isn’t just to feel ā€œbetter.ā€
The goal is to return stronger and more resilient than before šŸ’Ŗ

At DSM Spine+Sport, we bridge the gap between rehab and performance so you can get back to doing what you love confidently.

Full body. One set of dumbbells.

This workout hits strength, stability, and endurance all at once — giving you an efficient way to challenge your entire body without needing a full gym setup. From legs to core to upper body, every movement is working for you.

The best part? You don’t need fancy equipment to get stronger. Just consistency, effort, and a pair of dumbbells.

Save this workout for your next gym session and let us know which exercise burned the most

Your health is one of the few things money can’t buy back once it’s gone.

Being able to move without pain, wake up feeling good, play your sport, lift, run, work, and enjoy life — that’s a luxury so many people take for granted until it’s taken away.

Take care of your body now, not just when something starts hurting. The small things you do daily matter more than you think. Invest in your health before you’re forced to.

ā€œBone on boneā€ on an X-ray doesn’t automatically mean your movement has to stop. Pain is complex, and images only tell part of the story.

Strength. Sleep. Stress. Movement. Recovery. Lifestyle habits.
All of these play a role in how your body feels day to day.

The goal isn’t just to chase perfect imaging it’s to help you move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love.
