🏋️‍♀️ BUILT is headed to Arizona! 🌵☀️

Dr. Natalie, Tessa, and Rushelle are competing together under their team name, The Sloppy Joes, at the Desert City Classic in Tempe, Arizona, October 23rd–25th! 💪🔥

And that’s not all! Chris will also be competing in the Individual Elite Division! 👏🏼

We’re so excited to cheer on all four athletes as they take on a weekend of competition and put their hard work to the test!

A huge congratulations to Dr. Natalie on completing an IRONMAN! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

The dedication, discipline, and determination it takes to train for and complete an Ironman is incredible, and we are so proud of her for accomplishing such a huge goal.

This Sunday, our own Dr. Natalie Roe is taking on Ironman Chattanooga: a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride, and 26.2-mile run.

If you’ve seen her squeezing training in around a full day at BUILT, you know how much work has gone into getting to this start line. We’re excited to cheer her on through every mile.

Good luck, Natalie. We’ll be tracking you Sunday! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

WELCOME TO THE TEAM, LILLIAN! 🤍💪🏼

We’re excited to officially welcome Lillian to BUILT PT & Performance as our Client Experience & Operations Coordinator!

Lillian will be helping make sure everything behind the scenes—and every client experience—runs smoothly. From welcoming clients and staying connected with our community to supporting day-to-day operations, she’ll be helping make BUILT an even better place to walk into every day.

With a background in fitness and a passion for helping people feel comfortable, supported, and excited to be here, she’s a natural fit for the BUILT team.

When she’s not at BUILT, you can usually find her teaching Pilates, working out, spending time with friends and family, or doing something active.

We’re so excited to have her on board. Make sure to say hi when you see her around the clinic! 👋

Happy birthday to Dr. Casey Hackett! 🎉

He can lift more than most of us, could probably jiu jitsu choke out the rest of us, and still somehow gives off golden retriever energy. We’re pretty happy he’s on our team.
