How do we remain open to life, community, and compassion without becoming overwhelmed, drained, or disconnected from ourselves?
This month’s Mystic Wisdom Circle will explore grounding, boundaries, emotional and energetic awareness, and the practices that help us return to ourselves in times of intensity and change.
Together we’ll reflect on questions such as:
• What does it actually mean to feel grounded?
• How do we protect our energy without closing ourselves off from life?
• What is the difference between compassion and overextending ourselves?
• How do mindfulness, ritual, boundaries, embodiment, and intentionality support us?
This will be a gentle, open round-table style discussion welcoming psychological, spiritual, symbolic, and practical perspectives alike. Whether your grounding practices involve meditation, nature, prayer, breathwork, tea, sound, movement, ritual, or simply slowing down and becoming present, you are welcome to share here.
No expertise or specific beliefs required — only curiosity, openness, and respect.
Grounding may not mean shutting the world out—it may mean learning how to stay connected to ourselves while remaining open to life.
