Comparison can be loud. It tells us we're behind, not enough, or that someone else's journey should have been ours. It pulls us away from celebrating our own growth, our own resilience, and the quiet victories that deserve to be honored.

But when your eyes stop looking sideways, your heart remembers the way home.

This Mirror Talk is an invitation to come home to yourself.
Through guided reflection, intuitive movement, and music, we'll release comparison, celebrate how far we've come, and reconnect with the person in the mirror with compassion instead of criticism.

Come join us for a monthly Reiki Share Circle. Whether you're an experienced Reiki practitioner, newly attuned, looking to deepen your practice, curious about energy healing, or simply wanting to enjoy an evening of connection, healing and community, you are welcome.

This gathering is a supportive, collaborative community where everyone has the opportunity to both give and receive healing energy. No Reiki certification or previous energy healing experience is required-just an open heart and a willingness to participate.

We will begin the evening with intentional grounding, followed by a simple hand activation practice to help you connect with and experience the flow of energy through your hands. From there, we'll break into small groups, allowing each participant dedicated time to relax and receive healing from others in their group.

Title: Womb: An Invitation to Discovery

A monthly opportunity for you to connect to and honor your womb space, divine feminine and creativity. As a Priestess and Radiance Coach, I focus on heightening your own perception of ancient ways to spiral with the feminine, and then choose to knit those into how you, as a feminine, exist in life. Many of these practices are rooted in connection to the earth, working with universal energy, womb communication, grounding, & awareness of cycles in feminine bodies and the earth.

She will pull from multiple practices for the monthly gatherings, including chakras, channeling, womb communication, energy healing, dragons, Mary Magdalene, structural magic, the 4 elements, dream interpretation, Spirit Guide Communication, ancestors, divine feminine living, Superpowers of each phase of the menstrual cycle and her professional experiences and knowledge as a former social worker and therapist.

Note: A person does not need to have the physical organ of a uterus to be in this ceremony.

Join us on Saturday, August 8, for an immersive Sound Alchemy Journey created to support grounding, clarity, release, and aligned receiving.

The symbolic energy of the 8/8 portal invites us to reflect on what we are ready to release, what we are choosing to embody, and what we are opening ourselves to receive. Paired with the reflective energy of the waning Moon, this experience will offer space to quiet the mind, reconnect with the body, and listen more deeply within.

August: Together we will explore ways to connect with our higher guidance and build inner trust through various practices. Time feels faster than ever, and our spiritual practices can start to move into the background. We might feel like there isn’t enough time in the day.

Maybe we feel overwhelmed and can’t quiet the mind long enough to get centered. Or maybe we are wanting the perfect setting and find we don’t have the time and capacity to create it so we abandon it altogether.

This will be a night to explore and share ways to stay connected to ourselves and our path, when time feels limited, while still being intentional.

We will explore EFT tapping, prayer work, mirror work, affirmations and commands, walking meditation, breathing practices. Please bring your own practices to share as well.

Having daily practices helps us hear our own inner guidance, the guidance of whatever name/face of the Divine you connect to, and helps us trust the guidance we receive.

And maybe we will walk away with a new practice to try.
